Reward money announced for information on ex-DIG P K Dutta, Dibon Deka

GUWAHATI: Assam Police have announced Rs one lakh reward money each for information on location of absconding former DIG, P K Dutta and Dibon Deka, the two prime accused in Assam Police SI examination paper leak fiasco. The recruitment examnation  had to be cancelled on September 20 immediately after it had begun following detection of question paper in social media platforms.

Dibon Deka is a senior leader of the Assam state BJP, The case is being investigated by the CID of Assam Police as well as the Crime branch of Guwahati City Police. So far five cases have been regidtered in connection with the scam in the state.
