Guwahati, November 9: People in Guwahati city gear up to celebrate the festival of lights amidst COVID fears. Many were seen buying DIYA for Diwali, in Fancy Bazar on Monday. People everywhere are planning to be cautious about environmental issues caused by crackers and hence preparing for green Dipawali.
