Guwahati, Jan 21: Assam helath minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today attended a meeting held by D V Sadananda Gowda, Union Chemicals & Fertilizers Minister, to discuss setting up of new Ammonia-Urea plant of capacity 12.70 LMT at Namrup-IV of BVFCL. 

Himanta took to Twitter saing that the GOA has offered to increase its share from 11 to 26% to ensure fertilizer security for Northeast.

"Attended a meeting held by Sri @DVSadanandGowda, Union Chemicals & Fertilizers Min to discuss setting up of new Ammonia-Urea plant of capacity 12.70 LMT at Namrup-IV of BVFCL. GOA has offered to increase its share from 11 to 26% to ensure fertilizer security for NE," Himanta tweeted.
