AMA donates Rs 50,000 to Assam CM's Relief Fund

Guwahati, July 9: A delegation consisting of four members from Assam Mountaineering Association (AMA) today visited Chief Minister of Assam Dr. Himanta Biswa Sharma at Assam Administrative staff college, Khanapara here and handed over a cheque of  Rs 50,000 to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund, a memento, an appreciation letter along with a phoolam gamocha.

The fund was collected from the donations made by members of the association.The team also had few words on forthcoming expeditions planned by the Association which includes expedition to Mt. Everest for the year 2022.
