Guwahati, Jan 7: Parshottam Rupala, Union Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairies and Assam Chief Minister, Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma at the signing of an MoU between Govt of Assam and National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) at a ceremony at the International Auditorium, Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra, Panjabari here today.
