Guwahati, 24 April: Country's biggest online food ordering and delivery platform, Swiggy has resumed their business in the hill capital city of Shillong from Thursday amid lockdown.

Swiggy delivery boys in Shillong are now having a free run of the usually clogged roads in the city bcause of the prevailing lockdown.However, their business is apprently not as usual given that food orders have taken a hit due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

All food delivery services across the country have begun aggressive customer outreach campaigns to reassure people on their safety and hygiene standards in the wake a SWiggy delivery boy detected with COVID-19 infection in New Delhi.
