Only smart netizens can avail ASCTC bus services in lockdown 3

Guwahati, 4 May: With ASTC bus services in Assam going fully digital, many found it impossible to avail the service on the first day of the lockdown 3 againstCOVID-19 pandemic when limited ASTC city services and inter-district services were exemoted from restriction given that 30 districts of the state are in green zone as on date.
However, one has to be equipped with a smart phone as well as a smart netizen to be be to avail ASTC bus services as on date. To avail ASTC city bus services one have to book ticket through the ‘Challo” app while for inter-districrt travel tickets can be booked only through “Redbus’ app – both are fully digital option.
