Guwahati, July 8: Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Pema Khandu and Governor B D Mishra held a review meeting of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) at Raj Bhawan in Itanagar on Tuesday.
The meeting reviewed the preparations of the commission for the upcoming combined competitive examinations of the State.
‘Building a robust, fair and transparent job recruitment process. A review meeting today on Arunachal Pradesh Public service commission headed by Hon’ble Guv Brig Dr BD Mishra Ji (retd) at Raj Bhawan. Discussed on various steps being taken by APPSC to strengthen the institution,’ Khandu tweeted.
The APPSC is the state agency authorized by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh to conduct the Civil Services Examination for entry-level appointments to the various departments and Services under Arunachal Pradesh Government and to advise the government on civil service matters.
