They also suggested ensuring the safety of adolescent daughters of female employees particularly in those sectors where work-from-home facilities cannot be availed. This matters because girls of this age group are not supported by crèche facilities in workplaces. It was also suggested to look into the matter of inclusion of the parents of married women employees under the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
