Saraswati Puja is being celebrated with with great pomp and gaiety across Assam today. Devotees were seen thronging the pandals to seek the blessing of the Goddess of learning.
The Reserve Bank on Thursday said it will soon issue new Rs 100 notes in lavender colour having motif of ‘Rani ki vav' – a stepwell located on the banks of Saraswati river in Gujarat's Patan.
